Santa's big arrival atop a fire truck along with Mayor Grasso took place on November 8th at BRVC, just in time for the annual holiday tree lighting on the Village Green. With over 600 people in attendance, this event proved to be one of the best yet, with all sorts of fun holiday festivities! Complimentary train rides, live reindeer, face painting, hot cocoa presented by the Veteran's Memorial Committee, fresh baked cookies presented by Max & Erma's and a musical parade complete with Santa's Elf helped spread holiday cheer on this brisk wintery evening. A special thanks to the Burr Ridge Village Events Committee for planning such a wonderful event for downtown Burr Ridge.
